The absolute worst delivery company out…

The absolute worst delivery company out there. Over 2 hours to get our food, it was cold by the time it got here & if you call to complain you get “bonus points” for your next order. Zero stars should be an option & they will never get my business nor anyone I know again.

Do NOT order from delivery.com

Do NOT order from delivery.com. Ordered delivery twice - the first time I ordered it said my food would be there within 1 hour and 40 minutes (which is long to start) then they said it was delayed. By the time we got it, the food was 2 hours late and my fiance got food poisoning because the driver let it sit out for so long. I even called the restaurant to check on it, and they said that it was ready and had been sitting in the window for an hour. The second time the delivery window was much the same. They took my money, proceeded to wait over an hour to place the order with the restaurant, and by the time they did, the restaurant was closed. They tried to blame the restaurant, saying their order volume was too high. When I told them it was closed, they did not know what to say but came up with an excuse. I did get a full refund, but will never use it again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you see this company's name on a delivery order do not place it. You won't get your food and they'll make up every excuse in the book about how it isn't their fault. Scan artists.

Don't use.

Took my money, took my order, but failed to let me know after 1.5 hours that "it's not their fault, they had no drivers". Wow. Good business model.

I ordered using Delivery.com BAD IDEA !!!!!!!!

I ordered using delivery.com only twice, like 7 years ago; BAD experience! So naturally, as a paying customer I stopped and began using some other Superior Delivery Service to get the job done. Recently moved and decided to give delivery.com another shot as there were items available for delivery near me needed.
1st time store rep was nasty, and then the order took FOREVER despite a way shorter ETA quote. I reluctantly let it go because of needing the items. 2nd time (same merchant) I paid for an item but received a significantly smaller size than what was PAID for and the order again was significantly late despite time quote given. Again (in hindsight), stupidly, I let it go; not even requesting the refund of the difference; figured it was petty. 3rd time (because of needing the essential household items), I ordered again from this same merchant on Delivery.com I know I know but listen...
This time I had it!!!!!
An hour and a half passed, order never came, called delivery.com customer service ( I figured hey there will a professional on the other end of the line to help!) Noooope.
Delivery.com rep goes delivery attempt was made. Go check your front door. Checked, nothing. Called back, placed on, told to hold on they will call merchant store. Ok. 15 minute wait. Back on the line. 20-30 ETA quote given. Ok cool! .... NOooooPE.

Another hour passes no delivery that I paid for. So I call the merchant directly this time. Unprofessionalism from the jump, but the worst was Merchant rep named "Jigger", (yup that's what he said his name was when I asked) from "Village Farm and Grocery" store : [ NEVER SHOP FROM THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED AND YELLED AT] { Check the other reviews }!!!!!!!! ), ... He says, Delivery guy called the wrong number and brought order back to the store, we'll redeliver it to you but you have to pay, when i explainied how unfair that was after everything he continued to haggle with me over who pays the delivery fee. The customer is never right apparently with this business , they only want to take your money. After hanging up the phone on me and me having to call back twice I was told by a confused woman who spoke English as a second or third language that they cancelled the order. Delivery.com was no help in this; I called them four times and all they did was tell me information I already knew.
Huh ...Looong Siiiigggghhhhh
Please! Save yourself a delivery NIGHTMARE and YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY (especially in these uncertain times) and definitely opt for a better Delivery Services like the popular UberEats, GrubHub.com, DoorDash etc.

I'm not a bad review giver as a matter of fact this is my 1st one but it HAD TO BE SAID. These people are swindlers they definitely are unprofessional and money-seeking as opposed to conducting fair business and taking care of their customers.
That is all. hmm!

If only I could give half a star

This is an awful and highly unprofessional company. I did not receive my correct order that was an 20 mins late passed the delivery time. I called to check on my order and I was told by customer service worker thah it was on it's way and to call back if anything was wrong with it since it was already late. My delivery driver did not have a mask on and sent tracking messages that was untrue. A message said he was "around the corner" and to "get ready" and I still didn't recieve my food until 15 mins later. When I checked my food my order was incorrect. I had a sandwich I couldn't eat and paid for a large side item and got a regular size. When I called the customer service line I was held on the line for 30 mins, during which I was laughed at by the worker, and was told I never paid for an additional side order. I asked to be escalated and to speak with a supervisor and he was unable to get me connected. He attempted twice and came back to tell me I would get a refund for my item. Which is what I had called for and explained over and over again, only to have wasted 30 mins on the phone and still not be able to eat my food. I feel disrespected, hungry, and HIGHLY upset at how I was treated. Will NOT be using delivery.com. I made sure to refuse a credit because $10 would've only paid for the delivery fees and FORCED tip. Wow

Awful

Waited an hour and 20 minutes. We got a TEXT message saying our order was canceled, because they changed delivery drivers and the one they passed it off to was to far away. Regardless of the excuse we were never. They claimed the restaurant was supposed to contact us. Please use another service.

The worst possible decision you could…

The worst possible decision you could ever make in your life is use this delivery service. I ordered food and after 1 hr of waiting i called the restaurant who told me the food is still there stting i should call this wack company. When i did they refuse to give me my money back, saying i ordered as a pick up. Who is going to use a 3rd party service to order food for pick up, if i wanted to pick up i would order through the restaurant website, 2nd, their name is literally delivery.Com. so they took my money so quick, now it's this hassel to get my money back. I order some food, didn't get my food, is it not fair to give me my money back? Oh they can't give me my money back because the restaurant already made the food. So i basically bought food for someone to sit and eat. Save yourself the trouble. Use uber eats or delivery dudes. They are a little more pricey but you'll get your food. This is the price of being cheap.

Incorrect order...

D.com messed up my order, had decent results previously and now I'm waiting to hear back on a possible refund... This is so annoying, now I'm out $35 and the food isn't what I ordered. Not using this service again!

Missing Food Items

I placed an order at Outback. The order was delivered late. Thats ok. The time frame promised seemed overly optimistic anyway. The issue was that the order was not complete. They took my money for the entire order but only delivered part of it. When I contacted Delivery.com, the driver stated "it was in the bag" and that, it seems, to be the end of it. So either one of three things happened:
1. the item was never cooked and placed with the order. The driver never checked the contents and only told their supervisor it was in the bag.
2. The driver took the item and ate it.
3. Delivery.com takes part of an order from many bags and resells them and makes a hefty profit on the side.
I know items 2 and 3 are highly unlikely and I only offer them in jest as they are just as preposterous as item1.
I will not be using their service until my money is refunded and I recommend that you take inventory BEFORE the driver leaves.

Ordered 1809 after repeated calls…

Ordered 1809 after repeated calls cancel my order at 2150 had to order pizza. On the phone they were nice but lied to me food was on it's way. Will report theft if they don't refund my money

They are just incompetent and greedy. They are a company with bad people who can't find addresses, customer service guys who do not understand customer service and they depend on third parties to conduct their business.
